We just launched some great new features that allow you to easily find the key features in Convos. We call them Quick Guides and they're a simple, interactive way to get familiar with our rich, elegant interface without leaving Convos.

Quick Guides for first-timers

The first time you access Convos, create a new group, or select a group where you're a member, Quick Guides will point out the features you can use based on where you in the interface.  Best of all, you can click the actual buttons that are highlighted in the Quick Guide to access any of the features presented.

Below is the guide that is shown to new users that joined Convos through a group invitation.  From this Quick Guide we show new members where to access the group they just joined, where to start their own group, where to upgrade their account, and where to modify their Convos settings.

Quick Guides on-demand

In addition to the automatic Quick Guides for new users, we've updated our internal help features to present these Quick Guides to anyone on-demand.

Simply click the orange "?" button located at the top of the Convos interface. Depending on where you are, a relevant Quick Guide will appear to highlight the key features that you can access. From these screens, can also initiate an email to Convos Support and click a link to visit the Convos Help Center.
